Spoon Nozzles

Spoon-type Spray Nozzles. Although the spray geometry is in Fan Spray Nozzle - V form, the mouth of the spray nozzle is extended in a spoon form.
Thanks to this structure, a higher level of spray and impact effect is obtained than a spoon nozzle working at the same flow and pressure as normal fan spray nozzles.
The liquid flowing over the spoon nozzle extension of the Spray Nozzle for a while proceeds by forming a thin liquid film in the mouth area.

The liquid separated from the Spray Nozzle creates a curtain. The curtain of liquid formed maintains this structure for a while without breaking into droplets. The impact effect of the liquid curtain is higher than the spray that splits into its droplets. Another feature of spoon spray nozzles is that it can achieve wide spray angles. This group of spray nozzles are especially preferred in food washing, conveyor cleaning, surface preparation baths before painting, engine block and part cleaning processes where the impact effect is desired.
